[A] ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients
- Resolve inquires about Communication strategies and PR campaigns
- Proactively identify opportunities and recommend changes for improving service levels
- Manage and evaluate project needs
- Manage and monitor workflow within operations
- Organize all the resources
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests
Requirements
- 5-7 years of working experience in Communications/ Public Relations related projects
- 5 years of working experience in a PR agency
- Strategic thinking
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Maximize client business opportunities
- Drive new business opportunities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Lead designated account teams
- Manage and monitor workflow within operations
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests
- Presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of Social Media and Digital Marketing will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills -verbal and written, in both Greek and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Result oriented personality
Having excellent communication & problem solving skills, time and team management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload, you should be able to demonstrate your ability to work closely with international clients and challenging projects.
[B] ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities

- Presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of Social Media and Digital Marketing will be considered an asset

Responsibilities
- Work closely to an Account Manager

- Prepare and distribute activity reports
- Deal with events
Skills and Qualifications
- Post graduate degree in PR, Communication or related field
- Knowledge of basic concepts of marketing and social media
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent Communication skills -verbal and written, in both Greek and English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management skills, problem solving and ability to prioritize
- Data collection and ordering
- 1-2 years of recent/relevant experience is appreciated
