Shell Monza Italian Grand Prix Media Trip

Communication EFFECT wanting to reinforce Shell’s relations with the Greek media and present them the new Shell V-Power Racing fuel, organized a 3-day trip in Monza, Italy. Our team invited five journalists of key-media outlets and was responsible for the flow of the whole activity.
To be more specific, we created the invitation; we organized and coordinated trip’s details (flight and hotel booking, transportation, etc), we prepared all the necessary material (editing, translating interview’s questions, trip’s program etc) and the press kit while we accompanied the journalists in Italy and offered them on site the best possible support.
